The information source list was built based on the following constraints: (1) the scientific databases had to contain journals and conference proceedings focusing on domains such as Engineering, Computer Science, Decision Sciences, Materials Science, (2) information databases had to provide keyword search features, (3) the scientific database list was kept short in order to reduce journal and proceedings redundancy across databases, (4) a general web search was also included, to capture also “non-scientific” approaches and / or implementations, (5) for scientific databases, only fulltext-access papers were considered.

Engineering project has obvious social characteristics, which includes not only material operating activities also cooperation and collaboration of complex staff a large number of social activities, etc.
Social network analysis has been widely applied to sociology, political science, anthropology, psychology, organizational management, policy research, disease transmission, knowledge management, etc.; the field of social network analysis in the construction industry still is a new method of analysis.
Meanwhile, social network analysis processes and structures in the expression of a great advantage. 2) The project is often by the designer, the construction side, the owners, material suppliers and other organizations involved in micro-structure, and will be in a certain macro-social environment.

The slurry materials’ max deflection value at the center of wheel which is adding fiber is reduced 0.069mm when it compare to the slurry material which is not adding fiber, there is no change in the deflection value at the center of the wheels gap. 4.3.2 The stress of subgrade As shown in Figure 7, base underside flexural-tensile stress reaches 0.025~0.035MPa when original pavement is not overlaying the slurry materials which is not adding fiber, but the slurry materials’ stress which is overlaying fiber reaches 0.015~0.02MPa, thus it can be seen that: pavement which is overlaying slurry materials can reduce the stress concentration at base underside, this is because the slurry materials which is adding fiber can reduce the grassroots deformation, enhance the bending resistance ability and tensile ability.
(4) The slurry materials which is adding fiber can reduce the grassroots deformation, enhance the bending resistance ability and tensile ability, so it can reduce the phenomenon of stress concentration.
