The progress in investigations concerns in particular a group of materials being a base material for formation of human joint prostheses and dental implants.
Such materials are required to have certain properties related to their safety within human body.
In order to prepare test materials for the present work, a method of powder metallurgy was employed, through which porous materials with favourable biofunctionality properties were obtained.

Material--the sensory element of visual image system.
The final products form is expressed by the surface texture, materials etc., so scientifically selecting materials and technology is very critical for realizing product visual image, which also embodies the perfect combination of technology and art [5].
The selected materials should have a good processing property and adaptable to the current processing equipment and technology so that the properties of materials and products are brought to the best play, and the harm to surrounding environment is reduced to the minimum.

The maximum stress is found to be 173.51 MPa which is well below the yield stress of material which is 250MPa.
The link material is C-40 steel whose yield stress is 324 MPa.
By using 5 mm thick link, the material saved is 12 grams per link.

A tensile strip testing system [2] and a new slider type of test system [3] have been developed to study the performance of several alternative die materials sliding against the advanced high strength steels.
When the wanted pressure force N is applied on the die material and a constant drawing speed exerted on the heated steel strip, the friction force f is produced onto the die material.
