When studying 3D fatigue crack growth behaviors of materials, to determine the crack
opening stress intensity factor ratio is the key issue.
Introduction Even though a lot of investigations have been done on three-dimensional (3D) fatigue crack propagation behaviors of materials, it's far away to predict 3D fatigue crack growth widely with good precise [1, 2, 3, 4, 5].

Introduction
Polymer materials are widely applied as biomedical materials including prosthetic materials, bone and dental implants, and tissue engineering.
In order to improve the mechanical properties of materials, HDPE could be combined with a lot of particle material as a reinforcement.
In many ductile materials, this type of fracture is followed by the emergence of a damage zone or stress whitened zone.

Three were
materials in common usage, Al 2219, Al 2014 and Al 5083.
Hot cracking in all materials was associated with persistent, continuous liquid films produced by weld thermal cycling, aggravated by base material structure.
The NST and the NDT were determined for all materials tested using the Gleeble.
In alloy 2219 there was much more evidence of complete backfilling of flaws than in the other materials.

ND is a very powerful technique to characterize the texture character of materials.
The pertinent attribute of neutrons with respect to texture is the small absorption coefficients of neutrons for most materials, compared to X-rays.

When a disturbance occurs, the volume of material 1 can be changed, at this time, we need to change the volume of material 2, in order to achieve the ratio purpose[2].
Conclusion The computer flow ratio control system based on network instrument, can not only obtain the appropriate flow control and ratio control, achieve strong operability, due to the use of the double closed loop flow control system, it can effectively realize the mixing 2 materials, which has a strong anti interference capability.
