Meanwhile, compared to developed countries, such as USA, Germany, Japan and other countries in the world, there are many major gaps in manufacturing of benchmark in precision equipment: Different throttle modes: It adopts mounted orifice technology in China[5], at the same time, it forms orifice directly on the substrate, or it utilizes porous materials overseas.
Materials: In China, the guide rails are mainly made of marble, but mainly aluminum in foreign countries; In China, the flotation devices are mainly made of 38CrMoAl or stainless steel, however, mainly aluminum in foreign countries.
The anti-bending section moments of inertia J is the evaluation, affecting the individual stiffness of guide, thus, according to the formula in mechanics of materials, it may determine the level of stiffness by analyzing the size of J under the same conditions.
