After setting up thermal insulation materials of hard polyurethane with thickness of 0.03m and coefficient of heat conductivity of 0.0209, negative temperature is still 2.5m at the point 3m away from the portal, while for the rock mass 100m and 500m away from the portal, the maximal depth of negative temperature is less than 1m.

As the superplastic material is much more sensitive to strain rate rather than to strain, the stabile deformation stage is quite shorter than the quasi-stabile deformation under load instability which actually makes superplastic material obtain a remarkable elongation.
Therefore, the present theories concerning plastic instability of sheet forming is not suitable for superplastic materials, and there is little study on tensile instability of superplastic forming ]101[ − .

And the
Fig.5-Fig.7 show that When the material is machined by CBN, whether soft or hard material, the
amplitude of vibration is not sensitive to the change of spindle speed.
But the rules is different when the same material is milled by different cutting tool.

When cutting speed becomes larger, the discontinuous chip comes into being gradually, especially
for the workpiece materials with physical properties such as high hardness and low heat, and the
serrated chip forms in the broad scope of the high cutting speed, so the chip shape obtained from
high speed cutting is different from that of common cutting.

Heat-insulation materials produced from refractory fibers possess this combination of properties[2].
Experiments Materials Aluminum silicate fibers were from Zhangqiu Tiantong Refractories Plant.
It is probably because that the differdent bulk density indicate the changes of materials’ porosity and the pore size, which would have a great influence on the thermal conductivity of insulation materials indirectly[8].
The mass ratio of materials and corresponding tensile strength of the cardboard were shown in Table. 1.
