Influences of Reaction Temperature on Structure and Performances of SnO2 Nanocrystals Prepared by Microwave Hydrothermal Method

Reaction temperature on the structure and photocatalytic activities of the SnO2 nanocrystals by microwave hydrothermal process was studied.
The mixture was stirred for 1 h and then the whole mixture was transferred to a Teflon-lined autoclave of 100 mL capacity and then put into a MDS-10 Microwave Hydrothermal System (Shanghai Sineo Microwave chemistry Co., Ltd.
No other crystalline byproducts were found in the pattern, indicating that the as-prepared samples had a pure rutile structure.

The structure and morphology of W18O49 and W18O49@PEG were characterized by XRD and SEM.
W18O49@PEG contains tungsten ions of mixed valence along with the largest oxygen vacancy and unusual defect structure.
What's more, sample has a large specific surface, and large void structure can improve the material transfer rate.

Results and discussion
The synthesized products was charactered by FTIR (PerkinElmer TTIR Spectrometer Two), as shown in Fig.1, the polysilazane shows absorption bands at 3380 cm-1 (N-H valence) ,1593cm-1 (C=C valence),1253 cm-1 (Si-CH3 deformation), 1163cm-1 (N-H deformation) 1200-1000cm-1 (Si-O-Si,valence),1020-820cm-1(Si-N-Si, Si-C-Si valence) , the polysilazane structure was shown in formula two[9]:

The kapton has a smooth surface (Fig 3a) and is transparent with a slight yellow color initially, while after AO exposure, its surface is badly harmed and exhibits a “carpet-like” structure (Fig. 3b).

Introduction

Synthetic chemistry has been used extensively to modify drug targets, and to solve the problem of the scarce supply of natural products.
The IC50 value was determined by the dose of drug that caused a 50% reduction in the absorbance at 490 nm relative to untreated cells Results and Discussion 3.1 Chemistry The trametenolic acid B semi-synthetic derivatives were prepared with aim for obtaining better anti-tumor agents.
The propargyl-amine derivative IV showed the best antiproliferative activity with the IC50 of 22.39 μM, which encourage us to further investigate the structure-activity relationship of trametenolic acid B semi-synthetic derivatives.
