Because the experimental exploration of nano-materials will inevitably encounter many technical difficulties except cost problems, atomistic simulation is expected to play a key role in complementing experiments of nano-materials field.
Research results indicate that the crack and void are the primary micro defects in nano-materials.

It has the high-tech low-carbon industrial base with the development of low-carbon economy, such as photovoltaic materials, wind and nuclear energy, clean cars and power batteries, semiconductor lighting, ecological agriculture and green food, culture and creative industry, and so on.
It is important to actively develop the modern service industries of financial services, material flow, tourism, and culture and technology services.
Third, it should improve the education system of low-carbon science and technology.

After proving the ability of the method to capture kinetic damage induced by cracking phenomena in brittle materials such as silica [1], taking advantage of the method for composite materials applications is the main purpose of this work.
Many others developments with DEM are in progress in the lab on glass materials and also on material exhibiting viscous and plastic behaviors.

In liver tissue scaffold fabrication, indirect casting techniques can be use for a much wider range of materials.
With regards to the manufacturing of implant, the medical models obtained by RP are normally used indirectly, as masters, to produce prosthesis in biocompatible conventional materials (e.g.
Scaffolds are made from biodegradable materials, which can degrade slowly in the body, leaving only the new regenerated tissues [11].
Any of rapid prototyping process can be use to directly fabricated a bio-compatible materials such as hydroxyapatite (HA), poly-lactide-co-glycolide (PLGA) etc.
