Material--the sensory element of visual image system.
The final products form is expressed by the surface texture, materials etc., so scientifically selecting materials and technology is very critical for realizing product visual image, which also embodies the perfect combination of technology and art [5].
The selected materials should have a good processing property and adaptable to the current processing equipment and technology so that the properties of materials and products are brought to the best play, and the harm to surrounding environment is reduced to the minimum.

Abstract.
Therefore if combing the above two materials into composites, we would expect to make full use of the advantages from both parts, to meet the radome materials requirements and to endow the composites with excellent thermal, mechanical electrical performances under high-speed flight conditions [3].

Introduction
White layer may occur on ground surfaces in grinding processes of some Fe-based difficult-to-cut materials.
The hardness of white layer was much harder than the dark layer and bulk material, and the dark layer was softer than the bulk material.
