From that we can see the issue is the quality of the architectural design, well managed object scale of the functional plans, its material and technical processing to the very last architectural, technical detail with good quality of materials and their further sustainability.
There are a few ways to increase the quality of space - work done with perfection, usage of good quality materials, innovative structures as here mentioned skylight.
Pushing the boundaries of technology, technical sciences and aesthetic perception and philosophical thoughts of architecture and public space is the goal.

Rare earth elements are the material that are usually used for the components of SOFC because of their higher ionic conductivity, better compatibility with other materials etc. [1].
Indonesia has abundant rare earth materials, which one of the resources is from monazite mineral.
From the point of view of Intermediate Temperature SOFC (IT-SOFC) which operates at temperature of 600-8000C, this materials are regarding as promising solid electrolyte for SOFC [9].

Abstract.
Introduction Traditional oxide-based refractory materials can’t meet the development of high-temperature technology because of their performance defects.
Choosing oxide-non-oxide composite materials will become the core of the development of new refractory materials [1].
In this study, Al2O3-Ti (C,N) composite materials were generated in situ reaction by inexpensive titanium dioxide and metal aluminum powder in flowing nitrogen and CO gas, achieving low-cost production requirements.
Experimental procedure The raw materials were tabular alumina (Al2O3>99.0%, Al&Mg Co.

It is well know that the ozone produced by the operation of huge electric machines on the ground or the ozone produced in the stratosphere by the UV radiation of the sun may have effects on the function of the machines and the flights therein, especially on the properties of polymer materials[2].
Researchers also utilize ozone to activate the surface of solid materials[5].
