Abstract:

In the mechanical processing, fixture has an irreplaceable role, but in the traditional design methods, there are many shortcomings, the rapid prototyping technology is used in the design of fixture was mainly introduced. The defects of fixture design was introduced at this stage, the rationality of rapid prototyping technology used in fixture design was analyzed, then, the advantages of rapid prototyping technology used for fixture design was highlighted, through the concrete example and the forming process of display.
