Materials and Experimental In order to obtain a reliable weld metal of various chemical composition fractions, TIG welding was utilized beforehand to make up test pieces by changing feeding speeds of two filler wires of Inconel600 and SUS347.
Table 1 shows the chemical compositions of materials used in this experiment.
Diameter of both wires is 1.2mm and the material of base plates is SUS347.
