The results show that the proposed approach is able to offer the quantifiable benefits or costs among different objectives for the water managers, and is highly professional in making decisions for allocating water among use sectors and different areas.
Consequently, how to allocate water becomes an important issue in water-receiving area.
To Minimize Water Supply Cost (f2)
Water Demands Constraints
(f1- square sum of relative water shortages; f2- water supply cost, million yuan; f3- the amount of organic pollutants (COD)in water, million gram.)

In this paper, we add nanoparticles in the water to improve antifriction properties of water-based liquid.
In the simulation, pure water is used as the base fluid of the water-based nano-lubricant.

For example, water system is expressed by color blue, vegetation by color green; and red for the warm area, blue for the cold area in climate map.
While expressing fire power plant and water power plant, the same power station sign pattern is used, but with color red for fire power stations, blue for water power stations.
For professional map designing software, sometimes it does not have suitable export function for prepress.
Color Conversion of Different Map Data Source and Redesign in General Graphics Software For a lot of professional map designing software, such as MapInfo, colors are set by RGB color mode instead of CMYK color mode, but RGB color mode is not suitable for map reproduction.
Color Conversion in Prepress Workflow For digital line map, color conversion is not needed if it is designed according professional production requirements.

Electrical and mechanical installation is an important part of the construction work, covering the various types of equipment in industrial, residential, public works, the installation of electrical, water supply and drainage, heating, ventilation, fire, communications and automation control systems.
To this end, the project is to establish the main responsibility for project managers, including production assistant manager, person in charge of the contract the Department of Budget, professional foreman, sub-charge and operating group leaders to participate in the project schedule control system.
Capacity and the level of project management personnel, but also the key to success, project managers should strengthen the business theory and professional learning to improve the business and professional skills, project management exercise to improve combat capability, the grasp of the relevant legal regulations knowledge, enterprises should be encouraged by the self-taught professional technical and management staff.

Surface waters are waters occurring naturally on the earth surface.
Water rate is the charge for the supply of water from the public water supply.
Outgoing water - i.e. water leaving the site (incl. new conditions generated by construction): - sewerage, - technological waste water and mine water, - pumped ground water, - surface runoff, - subsurface runoff, - water drained by rainwater drainage.
Water Requirements on Construction Sites Requirements Type Water requirements (per employee and shift) Water requirements: - drinking 1 l - catering 25 l - Specific water requirements for washing, showering, etc.: - ground water 220 l - surface water 120 l IV.
In the interest of water protection all water management facilities and fuel stores should be subjected to frequent professional inspections.

This research contributes to improving professionals’ capacity of corrosion prevention and control.
Chemical environmental factors mainly include sulphur dioxide, acid rain, water and smoke.
The underneath surface of aircraft wings opens for many years, and covered with a bandage, poor ventilation, age and lack of sunlight, rain or fog, the ground water vapor condenses into drops of water evaporation in the sterna surface.
By statistics, several parts that corrosion problems frequently occur are as follows: parts of dissimilar metal and structural slits, such as parts of earth wire in the aircraft structures, vicinity of fasteners and fastening holes; connect structures with poor sealing quality, such as lap joint structures of the aircraft skin; making dead angle and parts that are easy to water, difficult to maintenance of the site and poor to drain conditions, such as landing gear compartments and engine compartments of aircrafts; assembly processing parts; surface protection with poor quality and damaged parts.
Because water gathered together on the lower surface of components is not easy to evaporate and the effect of corrosion on the lower surface of components is larger, the crevice corrosion is easy to take place on the lower surface of aircraft components. 7) The corrosion in the internal body of aircrafts is more serious than that on surfaces of aircrafts.

And through the cooperation with a vendor from the industry, the teachers and the students could improve their practical design abilities and professional knowledge.
InDesign is a professional tool for publication.
Research Methods Team Teaching.Team teaching is a teaching method with a teaching team composed of two or more teaching professionals who can make good use of their specialties and help each other to come up with teaching activity designs meeting students’ requirements, while considering students’ individual differences in learning and their interest, needs, and abilities, in order to provide them diversified teaching activities and chances to show their creativity, and develop their active learning attitudes.
The purpose of this method is to achieve teaching goals more efficiently and to improve teaching quality through professional cooperation of teachers and systematic planning [3].
In the process of team teaching, the teachers could increase their professional knowledge and improve their teaching skills through their cooperation and learning from each other.

Lack of knowledge on the material from the construction professionals to adopt the new technology into their design is one of the major reasons of its lacking.
Clearer understanding on benefits of DSCC is really important for the construction professionals in providing in-depth idea on DSCC and its benefits to project application.
As the workability of SCC is determined both by the superplasticizer dosage and water-binder ratio, DSCC is remarkably sensitive not only to the water-binder ratio and superplasticizer, but also to fiber types, fiber contents, aggregate properties as well as the SCC matrix, etc. [24, 25].
Superplasticizer is one of the chemical admixtures which enhance the workability of concrete without increasing the water-ratio.
In DSCC, superplasticizer for self compacting concrete is needed as it gives high workability with low water-binder ratio.

Abstract.
Elaborate the optimal allocation of water resources system connotation, significance and the role of the sustainable utilization of water resources.
Wang Hao proposed the water resources allocation and sustainable utilization of water resources of the thought, system based on the river basin water resources system analysis method, put forward to coordinate national economic water and ecological water contradiction of water resources allocation theory.
Conclusions With the further development of social economy, the water resources domain need to consider the question will be more and more complicated, the professional analysis considering scale more fine, and computer hardware and software technology for the development of more large-scale research provides a basis for.
