The major limitations for take-off are: (1) The flow control, supervised by the air traffic controllers; (2) the wake vortex separation between two consecutive aircrafts for safety [1~4], showed in Fig. 2; AOB:Runway, assumed 3800 meters Fig. 1 The line resource Fig. 2 The wake vortex The vortex separation data between some aircrafts according to the Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) is listed in Table 1.
The aircraft is not designed to fly into the wake vortex, and then it leads to the safety separation.
The remaining issue is the virtue length of the runway in certain airport of variable standard, such as international, regional or local.
For example, the A380, is one of the largest aircraft, uses 0.53 times length of an ordinary runway in an international airport.
Once the aircraft flies into the air from either direction, other operation standards are the same, such as observing the traffic.

To ensure the traffic safety under strong winds, wind screens are often installed on the bridge deck to reduce the wind speed over the roadway.
