Abstract: Damping materials have been wildly used in aerospace, traffic, construction fields and so on.
In this paper, piezo-damping composite materials were prepared from the epoxy resin (EP) as the resin matrix, nano lead titanate (nano-PT) ceramics as piezoelectric material and chopped carbon fibers (CF) as conductive materials.

The Ti-TUD-1 materials were characterized by means of XRD, TEM and UV-vis DRS.
Then the Ti modified materials were obtained denoted as TiT-m (m represents Si to Ti molar ratio).
The TEM images show a fully disordered wormlike structure similar to all other TUD-1 materials [3].

They are no longer ideal structural materials for greenhouse frame.
Thus it can be conceived that traditional scaffolding structural materials can be replaced by an existing polymer organic materials.
And with a wealth of material model library, it can be used to simulate the majority of common engineering materials such as metals, polymers, composites, rubber, resilient compressible foam, reinforced concrete and other geological materials.
Therefore, it is feasible to use new polymer materials instead of traditional greenhouses structural materials.

The physical weak-discontinuous problem of an interfacial crack between homogeneous material and functionally graded materials (FGMs) is studied based on Reissner’s plates considering transverse shear deformation effect.

As shown in Fig.1, the area below the interface is homogeneous materials region, and the one above the interface is FGMs region.
The variation of Poisson’s ratios has very insignificant effect on the stress intensity factor of non-homogeneous materials [[8] F.Delale and F.Erdogan: International Journal of Engineering Science Vol. 26 (1988), p.559 ].

It was also observed that all the materials contained a high percentage of hematite (Fe2O3), which gives a reddish color to the ceramic products after firing.

The J–C model constants are readily available for common metal materials in machining such as steels, aluminum alloys, and titanium alloys.
The J–C model can be expressed as the following equation: (1) Where A, B, C, m, and n are five materials constants.
