It is worth mentioning that China Green Building Council associated with dozens research institutes and universities is drafting The evaluation standard of green and ecological districts at annual meeting of ecological civilization in Guiyang in July 2013, which is the first time to announce the national standard since 2011. 3) Technological advances.
On the basis of making the actual conditions clear, investigation advances a better planning of a green ecological urban district for Wuxiang New District.

Introduction
The titanium aerospace alloy Timetal-834 is an advanced near-α alloy capable of sustained
operation under dynamically loaded conditions at temperatures up to 600˚C, making the alloy an
ideal material for the final compressor stages of aeroengines [1].
