Based on the general regularities of β-C2S and α’-C2S interaction with aluminate solutions, one could expect the influence of structural features of different types of sinters based on various alkali-aluminate raw materials on silica transition into aluminate solutions.
Due to the disordered structure of α’-C2S (high content of small particles, fragments), a high level of oversaturation of SiO2 in the solution quickly occurs with respect to the metastable equilibrium of Na2O – Al2O3 – SiO2 – H2O, similar to how, for example, oversaturation with SiO2 in an alumina solution occurs when it interacts with active forms of silicon containing materials - hydrargillite bauxite, silicicic acid [2, 3].
At the rapid creation of significant oversaturation with SiO2 in the alumina solution (due to the active silicon-containing materials) unstable in this range of concentrations of bonds [Al - O - Si] may occur, which lead to the formation of alumina-silicon associates (sodium hydroaluminosilicate prototype) and crystallization of sodium hydroaluminosilicate, the system "eats" the excess silica and returns to the metastable state with the participation of simple hydrated silicon and aluminum ions.

The Fundamental Equations
Even in specific courses for materials science students at the master’s level, it is common that only the case of infinitely straight dislocations is studied quantitatively, due to the complexity of the general solutions for curved dislocations.

The researcher has focused upon considering types of mould materials, because they need efficiency properties.
Experimental procedures Materials for this experiment were mould steels‘AISI-1050’ and ‘AISI-P20’, because they are popular in the moulding industry.
