Introduction
Materials which form tough metallic matrix with soft reinforcement or hard ceramics to produce composite materials are known as metal matrix composites.
When compared to monolithic materials these materials have superior properties [1].

Since the enhanced functionality of TiO2 highly depends on the crystallographic phase structure, morphology, particle size, the dopants, and matrices [12,13], much effort has been spent to manipulate materials parameters to produce new features.
Experiment The materials used are as follows: Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), having molecular weights of 13,000 – 23,000 g/mol, and TiO2 powder (99,8%) were from Merck.

The analysis of G' curves for different concentrations of crosslinker agent shows an increase of G' with cross-linking density, as expected since G' represents the elastic component of the materials deformation which is turn correlated with the number of effective intermolecular cross-links formed in the hydrogel network.
