China's urban civil building energy consumption according to the nature can be divided into the following several aspects:
Heating Energy Consumption in the Northern Region.
This part accounts for about 56~58% of the civil building energy consumption.
Other Civil not Residential Building (such as office, small and medium-sized stores and schools, etc.)
The Energy Consumption of Large Public Construction: (high-grade office buildings, large shopping center, star hotel), this part construction area accounts for less than 5% of the total area of civil architecture, but the Power consumption account for 12 to 14% of civil architecture of the total amount of electricity.

Abstract: The energy efficiency reformation of existing buildings is a very complicated system which is controlled by lots of factors.
In recent years, extension has been widely applied to various engineering evaluation work, and achieved a certain development.

Abstract.
Naturally, the civil engineering works both of the public space and the adjoining ones - their architectures and experiences, provided "by themselves" - are accessed and interpreted by the urban public space, too.
As soon as exposed to the public space, even a construction work, originally conceived as a purely engineering one without conscious social-cultural ambitions, resonates social-cultural values spontaneously.

Abstract.
Understanding the wave propagation information in the system is important in studying near field motions; in developing an effective method of non-destructive evaluation, and noise or vibration control; in interpretation of earthquake records; etc. [1-6] There are many models for the elastic foundation, but the one used most frequently could be the one-parameter model, i.e., Winkler foundation, because of its apparent simplicity and ability to describe many engineering problems.
(3) In light of the comparison results, an elliptical pipe-foundation model that ignores the effects of adjacent foundation medium would produce significant error in analysis, because wave attenuation has frequency dependence and the low frequency wave modes tend to dominate motions for most engineering problems.
Robert, Journal of Engineering Mechanics Vol. 109(1983), p. 1390
