One feasible method for this problem is to use fuzzy technique to eliminate this phenomenon [5-6]; another promising method for the chattering problem is to use embedded piezoelectric materials as actuator, among the methods, Strain Rate Feedback (SRF) control has several distinguished advantages as compared to other control approaches [7-9].
