The separation of gangue from coal underground can not only improve the quality of raw coal, decrease the cost of preparation, but also provide materials to the gangue filling underground.

One feasible method for this problem is to use fuzzy technique to eliminate this phenomenon [5-6]; another promising method for the chattering problem is to use embedded piezoelectric materials as actuator, among the methods, Strain Rate Feedback (SRF) control has several distinguished advantages as compared to other control approaches [7-9].
