Materials and Methods
We chose jiangyou station and beichuan station to investigate the water quality, and select ammonia nitrogen, total hardness, fluoride, these three indicators to analyze the relationship between river flow and water quality before and after the earthquake.
Results and the analysis The relationship between river flow and ammonia nitrogen content before and after the earthquake Through the analysis of jiangyou and beichuan January 2006 to December 2011 the measured flow and ammonia nitrogen material before and after the earthquake, the results as shown in figure 1-4.
Conclusion From the water analysis in severely afflicted area before and after the earthquake, it can be seen that the Wenchuan earthquake make mass material come into water abnormally, such as roke, soil, plant ,people and livestock carcass etc. which make a extensive and comprehensive influence to water quality in severely afflicted area.

These packing materials were dipped in 1000 ml anaerobic sludge for 24 hours, mixed homogeneously, and then were packed in the column; powder quartz sand were placed at both ends of the column to hold the packing materials.

Through the simulation result we can see some riser are comparatively large, waste materials, some risers are relatively small, not complete the casting feeding requirements and there are some defects in casting.
