Introduction The nanometer electro-brush plating composite technology which emerges with the development of nano-materials can lead to the excellent performance of nano-electro-brush plating composite coating, and can be widely used in mechanical applications for the surface repairing, strengthening and anti-corrosion [1].
Sample preparations Matrix material: Q235# steel, Size: 90mm × 50mm × 3mm.
Standard ring size was φ16mm×5mm, Material was 45 # steel, rotation speed was 200r/min, load was 200N and time was1000s.
