Introduction Investigation of a nonlinear dynamics of non-equilibrium systems in modern materials has considerable influence on dissemination of knowledge about the behaviour of materials [1].
Continuing deformation of materials will be happening mainly in these areas.
On the basis of experimental researches the authors observed a fact of apparent absence of strengthening materials at DNP.
In this paper, was used an improved method of deformation diagrams recording of materials during realization of DNP.

Results There are several ways to improve the physic-chemical properties without the use of nanocomposite materials.
Dependence of the coating hardness of the nc-TiN/a-Si3N4 system on the Si3N4 content The application of nanocomposite materials is one of the promising directions of materials science development because nanocomposite coatings have mechanical properties several times higher than the mechanical properties of conventional coatings.
Table 3 shows the physical and mechanical properties of the plates made of different tool materials.

A two-scale asymptotic expansion is employed to approximate the displacement field (2) By introducing a eigendisplacement , the homogenization coefficient of unit cell is obtained [1]: (3) where is the volume of unit cell, is the elastic modulus of constituent materials, is the first-order displacement field of microscopic structure, and can be computed by (4) 2.
Honeycomb holes use weak material instead, E=0.00001Gpa, υ=0.3.
