Second, the incentive mechanism for college students to participate in science and technology activities is set up.
For example, we set up the "mining engineering college student's innovation fund", make the encouragement policy for students' science and technology activities, actively support and encourage college students to participate in science and technology activities, and actively organize the student to participate in the extracurricular science and technology activities such as the "challenge cup" and so on, which cultivate the students' interest in science and technology, and strengthen the development of the innovation spirit of students' science and technology and the innovation ability of the students.
The version of some original teaching materials of mining engineering is old, and the teaching material contents can't be update and fall behind the actual, what's worse that already cannot satisfy the needs of the talent of education high quality.
In this case, we attach great importance to the construction of the supporting teaching material under the new situation, and teachers will be encouraged to send the latest scientific research achievements, the new theory, and new technology into teaching materials and lecture notes to form the teaching material system that adapts to the characteristics professional construction.
