Abstract: The deformation behavior of 2519 aluminum alloy was studied by isothermal compression

- OFA, COA and SLCA managed the operation of the supply chain and due to this close relation and adequate information flow, the rejection and returning of the sold or bought goods and materials were decreased
- Decreased transportation cost: the company planned to choose the best supplier in quality and cost and also due to decrease of the returned materials and goods, the transportation cost was reduced

The operation principle of bimaterial uncooled micro-cantilever IR sensors is based on the resonant frequency shift of bimaterial beams which composes two materials with different coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) while absorbing the IR energy.
Then, pattern and etch PSG, SiO2 and polysilicon till all materials covering the IC circuits’ passivation were removed.
