Introduction
The chatter is one of the most serious limitations for productivity and part quality specially in cutting
difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium and Ni-Based alloy.

Addition of reinforcement materials such as silicon carbide particles could increase wear resistance and improve the specific strength and stiffness.
A large number studies have proved that UVAM is an effective method for precision machining of difficult-to-process materials[2-5].
Table 1 shows the published work on UVAM of composite materials.
