Materials and Methodology BCP powder was synthesized using wet precipitation method with heating [17].
The starting materials were a precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) (Merck-Germany) and an orthophosphoric acid (H3 PO4) solution (Merck KGaA 85% pure), and a Ca/P molar ratio set to1.58.

According to the different forms of damage, material stiffness will be degradated and the corresponding material modulus will be multiply by as the new damaged material modulus.
Degradation of material modulus: (1) Fiber tension or compression : E11,G12,G13 (2) Matrix tension or compression : E22,E33,G12,G23 The damage parameter will change with the strain from one (represents the undamaged material) to zero (represents the completely failure material).
