Performed the rough machining on the blank, leave 5mm for each face of the axle journal at two sides and the trapezoidal thread, and kept the chuck over total length to avoid bending deflection due to rough machining of the workpieces, thus the amount of feed and back engagement of the cutting edge shall be kept at a low level as far as possible, with the speed of 450 rotation per minute, the cutting length of 2mm and the amount of feed of 0.30mm.
