Its electrolyte containing a single metal element ion-Vanadium ion(so called vanadium electrolyte), is not only an important component of battery, but also an active material of reserving energy.

Introduction Recently, extensive studies have been investigated on organic hybrid materials composed of matrix polymers and low-molecular-weight organic additives, aiming at damping applications.
