Introduction In mechanical engineering filter elements of various designs are used, which can be divided into the following main types: oil, air, fuel, cabin, diesel and hydraulic.
In the manufacture of a filter element designed for fine cleaning of fuel, to obtain a large number of small dimensions channels in one step is an urgent problem in mechanical engineering.
Another method for producing holes and grooves is the ultrasonic method, which is effective for processing brittle materials (glass, ceramics, etc.).

Realization of Active Vibration Control on Piezoelectric Intelligent Flexible Beam Wu Da–fang1, Huang Liang1,2, Su Fei1, Liu Cheng–xiang1, Yang Hong–yuan1 and Liu An–cheng1 1School of Aeronautics Science and Technology, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing, China. 2Department of engineering mechanics, Yanshan University, Qinhuangdao, China. 1wdf1950@163.com, 2hliang@ysu.edu.cn Keywords- flexible structures; independent modal control; piezoelectric ceramics Abstract.
Cantilever beam is a typical flexible structure in engineering and many flexible structures can be modeled as cantilevers, so research on the active vibration control of cantilevers is meaningful in engineering applications.
