therefore, technically the coal deposits around the city Ulaanbaatar can not be potential suppliers to
them.By the geographical map of coal-bearing basins and deposits [1], the Ukhaa-Khudag deposit is
located in the South Gobi basin in southern Mongolia.

Abstract.
The research of high-potential composite materials, which have properties, that are similar to steel, but resistant of chemical corrosion, would enable to extend the service life of construction facilities.
Structure Modeling and Material Properties Analytical model and CAD model of the beam with joint with inserted dowels, performed in AUTODESK AutoCAD®, are shown in Figure 1.
The plates are accepted as transversally isotropic material with lamination direction 0, 90, ±45 degrees with the following characteristics [2]: – yield strength σв=7.6×105 (Pa); – elasticity modulus at axes x and y, Ex=Ey=87.2×109 (Pa); – elasticity modulus at axis z, Ez=65.4×109 (Pа); – Poisson factor νxy= νyx =0.268= νxz=0.018.
