The Constitutive Model of Different Materials: According to the deformation characteristics of the soil surrounding the foundation under uplift load, the soil mainly takes on plastic flow deformation after the soil yield, in the light of which, the constitutive model of the soil surrounding the foundation is selected as elastic-perfectly plastic model.
The Material Parameter: The physical and mechanical parameters of concrete scooted head pile, soil around the piles and the contact surface between the pile and the soil are shown as table 1.

This paper studied of near infrared spectral technology in soybean seed vigor determination of feasibility and the application conditions, in the soybean seed vigor rapid non-destructive determination find a certain method and practical experience.
1 Materials and Methods
1.1 Test Materials
The college of agronomy of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University provided soybean seed samples, KenNong 4.
1.2 Test Instrument
Using WQF - 600N Fourier transform near infrared spectrometer.
1.3 Aging Method and Germination Rate Determination
Seed artificial accelerated aging[7]: put a certain amount of seed (about 20g) in deionized water containing flat 200ml aging box, In 42 celsius degree 100% humidity respectively aging 24h, 36h, 48h, 60h, 72h, 84h and 96h.
The content of their internal protein, starch, lipids and such material exist differences, which cause the near-infrared spectrum absorption of theirs differently.
