In order to provide a high degree of safety, the transport of Nuclear waste material is highly closely regulated.
Transportation emergency plan The IAEA first published the safety regulations for application to the national and international transport ofnuclear waste material in 1961, which was adopted by almost all many Member countries (e.g.
China) for their own regulations and used by many international organizations.

The public vehicle offers an answer to traffic congestion, controls air contamination, preserves energy, and advances social value inside metropolitan networks [16].
Public transport systems are essential for reducing traffic congestion and improving urban mobility.
The correlation between Time and Safety/Security Features is 0.19*.

So, it is urgent to take use of the modernized tech to manage the urban transportation, to improve the transportation’s maneuverability and flexibility, to improve the availability of the traffic facilities and the safety of the traffic, and to exert the operational efficiency of the system to relieve the urban traffic congestion.
It can combine attribute character and spatial information, integrate into the present traffic detector system, which can reflect the traffic state dynamically and real-timely.

Airline Safety Risk Evaluation Based on Factor Analysis Wang Jinyu1, a, Yu Xiaohuan2,b 1School of Management Sanya University Sanya, China 2SAC Commercial Aircraft International Ltd Shenyang, China awjy1985509@126.com, byu.xiaohuan@163.com Keywords: factor analysis; airlines; safety evaluation; resampling methods Abstract.
Factors involved in all aspects of aviation safety, it includes the design and manufacture of aircraft, the maintenance and use of aircraft, air traffic control, fuel, airports and other safety departments, personnel training, rules and regulations, and government factors.
In addition, just use safety performance as the only feature to show the overall safety of airlines is not suitable.
Getting the airline's safety Indicators based on safety measures for risk and safety attributes that play a role on the company’s overall safety.

Chinese scholars have shifted their traffic studies from traditional traffic studies to urban traffic positioning and travel activities from the angle of urban spatial and employment layout[3-5].
From international experience, an active land market stimulates the enhancement of employment aggregation effect in urban centers.
The supply model includes traffic network (traffic zones, roads and intersections, bus line and stops, metro line and stops) and traffic assignment model.
The OD matrix and traffic network as the input, VISUM traffic assignment model is used to analysis and evaluation the traffic system service.
