Introduction
In recent years, as the people’s awareness of environmental protection is approaching danger, and seeking the renewable resources to produce high polymer materials is a general development orientation for Polymer Science and technology.
In these materials, PLA has very good biodegradability and biocompatibility with reducing fiber indusry’s dependency on petroleum resources.
Experimental Materials and Methods Materials.
Thus for padding materials and wood-based substrate, two kinds materials with very different polar bonded together [7], with increasing the affinity between wood fiber and PLA, forming the good boundary layer of cohesion strength, and improving performance of the composites.

The important machining variables considered were air grind feed, rough grind feed, fine rough grind feed and input stock of material.
The Material Removal Rate (MRR) and surface finish are considered as the most important performance factors in the study of finish match grinding.
Confirmatory Tests Confirmatory tests was conducted with optimum levels of material stock, air grinding, rough grinding and fine rough grinding.
