Materials and Methods
Field enclosure experiments
Field enclosure simulation experiments were conducted in the western portion of Chaohu Lake, which is located at the Tangxi River Inlet in Yicheng, Hefei, China.
The filtered materials were then centrifuged at 10,000 rpm for 10mins using a JICA centrifuge (Japan), after which the supernatants were removed and placed in a graduated cylinder.
However, when the disturbance decreases or stops, viscous materials on the surface of Microcystis aeruginosa adhere to suspended solids and cause the algae to sink to the sediment surface[23-25].

It adopts cheap and large size pore materials to make membrane module, and forms DM on the surface of membrane through precoating reagent or microbes and their metabolites, this MBR technology is named DMBR.
DMBR is a kind of new wastewater treatment technology which adopts nonwoven as its base materials.
But the stability and treatment effect are lack in-depth study, so the author adopts the cheap nonwoven as base materials of the DMBR to treat the wastewater.
