Keywords: high performance spray material mechanical properties
Abstract: This text used double fast cement, and fly ash, and high performance polymer and fiber for main material and plus agent for has high performance spray material of preparation and research, by distribution out of material has following advantages: condensation time fast, and short-term and late strength high, and dry shrink volume minimal, and stick poly sexual strong, and waterproof, and back bomb rate small, and seal performance very good, and has must of flexible, and using range wide.
Spray materials with high mechanical degree, fast construction period, savings in manpower and so on.
But existing spray material has the following disadvantages: Early strength low and late strength spray material, needs to support the low utilization rate of the template, and material content; Chinese paste material features a single, does not have a waterproof, crack resistant and flexible; Spray materials poor cohesion, with a resilient material, seriously affect spray quality and spray more often [3]; Spray materials short life, susceptible to deformation of coal and rock and fission occurs, causing cracking and secondary rocks into the air; Spray materials using small range.
Original materials Cement: double fast cement.
This research programmer is feasible, preparation of materials to meet the needs of engineering, can be used in coal mine roadway reinforcement and blocking.

Introduction
Metallic materials have electromagnetism characteristics and their changes in electromagnetism properties can reflect objects under test, such as type of material, geometry and quality [1-3].
Electromagnetic induction detection techniques can be used to obtain the conductivity and permeability of materials and have hence been widely used in detection of conducting materials.
Some tests will be carried out on specimens of different materials and with different cracks in the future.

In the DPST (Direct Prototype Spray Tooling) sprayed directly prototype tooling technology of Huazhong University of Science and Technology , due to brittle characteristics of ceramic materials, there was low efficient in the processing of large mold .The study would obtain sprayed ceramic prototypes through Industrial robots directly milling of ceramic rough technology, However, clay ceramic prototype embryos after milling would occur large shrinkage in the high-temperature drying and consolidation.
Introduction Due to ceramic materials was hard and brittle, this characteristics is much more difficult to machine than metal materials.
In this study, the ceramic materials of prototype used clay that it comes from Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province, China.
