The BFO nano-crystallites were synthesized by chemistry solution methods without and with the addition of diluted HNO3, respectively.
The samples calcined between 500 oC to 750 oC exhibit the same rhombohedrally distorted perovskite structure and no impurity phases were detected.
XRD indicates that the moderate addition of the diluted HNO3 can inhibit impurities produced by chemistry solution method and reduce the temperature of synthesizing single-phase BFO nano-crystallites.
And all samples calcined between 500 oC to 750 oC exhibited the same rhombohedrally distorted perovskite structure of BFO without other impurities.

It can be seen in Figure 3 that the structure has a rough appearance, a fact that is not the case in Figure 4, which shows a flat structure, there was featuring lignin removal.
Through the analysis of XRD and SEM, it was shown that lignin removal was due to the increase in cellulose crystallinity, confirmed by XRD analysis, as well as through microscopy which showed that after the process of delignification, bagasse showed a structure less rough because the removal of lignin presents an amorphous structure.
