As a result, solutions for axially symmetrically bending of a non-homogenous circular cylindrical shell can be reduced to that of a homogenous one and the calculation of the transformation factors.
1 Introduction
Functionally graded materials(FGMs) are obtained by combining two or more materials, which have been developed for use in high temperature environments as for aerospace structures and other engineering fields in recent years.

At present, the design of composite material compression performance mainly considers a large safety factor, and a compression failure assessment method that can meet the needs of reliable engineering applications is still a challenge and a key issue that the engineering community urgently needs to solve.
In order to better utilize the mechanical properties of composite materials, it is necessary to conduct compression performance research, providing a basic basis for engineering design.
The use of this model is relatively cumbersome and not convenient for practical engineering applications. 2.9.
