Abstract :Design is a philosophy, is a building integrated system database, It is an emerging form
of construction industry, but BIM itself on case also is not a new concept for most people the
knowledge, BIM is not only breaking two-dimensional to three-dimensional design development,
with more than a four-dimensional space, with integrated database concept, the engineering quantity
estimates, forecasts, integrated management and construction progress and ranking logistics
integration in promoting green building and energy conservation and pollution reduction has made
outstanding contributions to great savings in manpower, financial, improve efficiency and reduce
the chances of errors
In the engineering process because of the building, structure, equipment, various types of work are in parallel, often the actual occurrence of the conflict can not be shut, and the emergence of digital technology can be very intuitive to see problems and solve the problem. ( Fig. 2, Fig.3) Application of building information model, the benefits are immediately available to make construction faster, more economical, more accurate, with the various types of work better and reduce the risk of drawing the wrong, and long-term the benefits have gone beyond the stage of design and construction the benefit of the future operation of the building, maintenance and facilities management. and lead to sustainable cost savings.
Wide range of BIM professional applications, in building design, HVAC design, electrical design, civil engineering design, and structure can be professional and effective combination.

The dune sands of the coast of Rio Grande do Norte State, northeastern Brazil, have serious engineering problems, namely low bearing capacity for shallow foundations and are not suitable as material for sub-base and road base.
The use of this material in engineering practice needs improvement of their geotechnical properties.
From the engineering point of view, the content of the cementing agent to be used should be analyzed.

Abstract:Foundation pit excavation could be affected to some extent by surrounding different kinds of building materials, building structure, foundation form and load distribution, especially in intensive buildings.
