Research and Development of Golden Yellow Microcrystalline Glass
In real productive technology, the raw materials of microcrystalline glass is a set of raw material forum generally composed by the basic formula, which determines the main crystal structure of microcrystalline glass, and corresponding minor productive ingredient formula.
The originality of the production technology is that it uses the surface glass granules preprocessing technology and multi-phase controlled crystallization heating processing technology, and adopts an advanced thermotechnical interface flexible adjustment and control system technology, which minimizes the phasic temperature difference in burning process inside kiln, ensuring the lowest controllable evenness indicators of products and the best surface crystallized lines and three-dimensional effect of products, and thus greatly improving the comprehensive property indicators of products.

In order to facilitate the assessment of optimal mufflers having multiple sound-absorbing splitters, an approximated simplified objective function (OBJ) is established in advance by linking the boundary element model (BEM) with a polynomial neural network fitted with a series of real data, input design data (muffler dimensions) and output data obtained by BEM simulation.

New advances in the aluminum metallurgy enabled its application for use in the body panels and roof panels in the automobile body [14-19].
It is observed that both CFSW and UFSW joints failed in the HAZ in the advancing side (AS) regardless of welding conditions.
