As one typical of the Mg-Zn-Zr alloys, ZK60 magnesium alloy is now one of the highest strengths in the commercial magnesium alloy, and its specific strength is also almost the highest among all the materials [1-4].
Experimental Experimental materials use as-cast ZK60 alloy ingot, (5%-6% Zn, 0.3%-0.9% Zr, ≤0.05 Al, 0.10% Mn, Mg Bal, mass fraction).

Material flow studies are concerned by delivering goods and related services to the market.
The knowledge in supply chain includes inventory, the performance index of raw materials, production planning, procurement planning, the manufacturer's production capacity, product instructions, product quality standards, distributors planning, the information of market price, the information feedback of quality, etc.

If it is assumed that the effects of ploughing and sliding are not time-varying, the forces for dynamic conditions can be derived as [5]: , (2) whereis taken to be a constant and called the specific chip formation energy, the width of the grinding wheel in cut and the depth of material being removed form workpiece, the surface speed of the workpiece and that of the grinding wheel speed, grinding force ration, a constant relate to material properties.
In order to reduce the computation, it is simplified as follows:(1)angular contact ball bearings is simplified as rigid bearings, namely, radial stiffness is infinite. (2) the rotor, the wheel handle and the grinding wheel are assumed to be equivalent to the materials with same density.

There are many uncertain factors in the operation of supply chain, such as the ordering lead-time, the situation of delivering goods, the quality of raw materials, the production time, the transportation time, and the change of demand and so on.
After data processing, the company make Master production schedule (MPS) first, then they will make materials demand planning (MRP) by using the relevant management software [2].

Figure 1 presents a diagram comparing some types of magnetically soft and magnetically hard materials according to the information of Vakuumschmelzer and shows, that a saturation induction of the amorphous alloys based on Fe is within the range of 1.3Т – 1.6Т, and as for alloys based on Ni – within the range of 0.5Т – 1.0Т.
