The key technologies are the following: The classification of books and materials: Classification for different kinds of books, periodicals, information is to provide corresponding service for readers with different permissions.
Conclusion It is in favor with the general public for university library to move towards the society, provide the omnidirectional service for the society, give full play to the function of the library, excavate the use value of books and materials as well as give full play to the role on the social economic construction and cultural construction.
