Results and discussion In the figure 1 the Raman spectromicroscopy results are presented.
Mono and polycrystalline graphite phases are characterized by two intense peaks occurring respectively: 1580 cm-1 (line G) and 1357cm-1 (line D).
The tested coatings have similar Raman spectra (peak near the position of 1332 and 1580 cm-1), but the coating deposited for 30 hours has an additional peak near 1450 cm-1.

A diameter of 12cm circular electrode was used as RF electrode , with 3mm distance between the RF electrode and the substrate, the base vacuum was 1 × 10-4Pa.
The raman spectrum was measured by RM2000 Micro-Raman spectroscopy, whose measurement range: 50-9000cm-1, resolution 1-2cm-1.
As shown in Figure 1: with the dilution ratio increases, the thickness and deposition rates increases first and then decreases.
Fig. 4 Raman Spectrum under different hydrogen dilution ratio As shown in Fig. 4 , Raman peak at 479.35cm-1 nearby, the 480cm-1 peak of Raman frequency shift which corresponds to the a-Si: H phase of the transverse optical mode (TO), shows structure of amorphous component.
