Data mining method based on rough set theory and BP neural network is put up.
At last, the mining data by the experimental data of the troops marching warfare simulation system and the result with the actual reference value is obtained. 1 Introduction Essence of modern warfare simulation system is an information processing system whose core depends on the model and data.
Its process contains calling, disposing and transmitting data constantly.
In this paper, for the simulation system data, based on the analysis of military data characteristics, research data classification, sources as well as the formation process, preliminary exploration is made using BP neural networks and rough set in simulation data mining.
The firing drill result data of troops traveling are simulated and analyzed.

Abstract: A integrated environmental benefit analysis model is established based on China's hydropower installed capacity and power generation data from 2007 to 2012, by using the methods of cost-benefit method, emission reduction calculations and multi-attribute evaluation (MCDM).

Hydropower reduction benefits can be calculated by follow formula: (11) In which,refers to the emission reduction benefits, and GNAC isthe annual net cost of the project.E is the emissionreductionamount of atmospheric pollutants or CO2per year of the project.When the emission reduction benefits is negative, which means that the projects’ annual reduction emissions of per unit weight air pollutants or CO2 can gain X dollars.
Through calculating the data from 2007 to 2012, hydropower gets greater emissions reducing value in CO2, SO2, NOX, PM10.

Extensive research data were published in the last decade on synthesis, characterization and application of AuNPs.
Prime objective of this study was to collect time versus concentration data of AuNP precursor (chloroauric acid) and correlate the experimental data with an appropriate kinetic model.
From the slopes of the ln (C/C0) vs. time data, rate constant values were calculated ( k = 0.0178 ± 0.002 s-1 ).
CONCLUSION Experimental data on kinetic and morphological studies on synthesis of gold nanoparticles by the citrate reduction method have been reported.
Kinetic analysis of data reveal that reduction reaction could be suitably modeled by an apparent pseudo-first order kinetics and the rate constant values determined from time-concentration profiles were reported.

The kinetics study shows that the numbers of electrons transferred for the oxygen reduction reaction are ca. 3 at potentials of the first reduction wave, indicating the peroxide produced can transfer into OH–.
At such an electrode, O2 reduction undergoes two processes at ca. –0.3 V and –0.8 V (curve d).
The first reduction peak at –0.3 V corresponds to the reduction of O2 to HO2– (reaction (I–III)) mediated by quinone-like groups at RGSs.
The second peak at ca. –0.8 V corresponds to the direct 2-electron reduction of O2 to HO2– (reaction (IV)) [6].

Two new metameric black spectral dimension reduction methods based on color difference optimization are presented, and dimension reduction effects are compared in colorimetric and spectral accuracy.
