Introduction Nano materials are increasingly receiving recognition as practical structural and functional materials with good prospect, and have been developed extensively in recent years.
Mechanically, carbon nanotubes are significantly stiffer than currently commercially available carbon fibers, and can therefore be used to strengthen composite materials or atomic force microscope tips.
Therefor, special materials and designs must be used in attempt to overcome this problem.

Therefore, the removal of these toxicants and hazardous solvents from water has become one of the biggest challenging issues in environmental science [1–4].
Experimental Materials and Methods Analytical grade of CdCl2 (99.5%, Thomas Baker) and Na2S (S D Fine) were used as starting materials without further purification.

There are two possibilities to transform the crystalline material into amorphous alloy by solid-state synthesis: one way allows production of homogeneous materials starting from blended elemental powder mixtures – this is the mechanical alloying (MA), the other way when the starting material is a powder of crystalline alloy – this is the mechanical milling (MM).
MA is used to synthesize a variety of advanced materials [2].

However, the method is too harsh for SiC raw materials, crystal growth equipment and operating environment.
Many technological parameters affect the final crystal quality, such as growth temperature, temperature gradient, particle size and purity of raw materials, distance between raw materials and seed crystals, growth pressure, polarity of seed crystals and seed orientation, etc.
Moreover, with the growth of crystals, some technological parameters are constantly changing, such as the growth interface temperature, the distance between raw materials and growth interface, the degree of graphitization of raw materials and so on.
