The waste materials after biogas fermentation can be high-efficiently used, dung residue was used to produce organic manure, the fermented liquid was used directly to produce non-harmful fruits and vegetables.
Fig.1 Technological process of sewage treatment for swine farm Comprehensive Treating Technology Using Biogas Fermentation Pre-treating System Pre-treating system in this technology is consisted of dung-collecting pool, precipitating and filtering barrier-nets pool, which function is to hydrolyze and to decompose complex organic matters, to screen away fodder residues, to float solid materials and to precipitate sand and soil, so as to meet the requisite of the basic technology for sold-liquid separating treatment and anaerobic fermentation, to enhance the efficiency of the anaerobic digesting system.
The COD, BOD, SS, NH3-N and TP in sewage has been removed by 97.3%, 98.4%, 96.4%, 80.5%and 75.2% respectively, indicating that the system can effectively remove the organic material in the sewage.
