Experimental Materials.
Both investigated materials are silicas which were synthesized using organic templates.
Although the nitrogen sorption method shows that both materials have similar specific surface areas and pore volumes, average pore size is distinctly larger in SBA-15 (Table 1).
The micrographs (Fig.3) indicate that the investigated materials entirely differ in their pores arrangement and shape.

F is the load impacting on cutter, Ge is cutter structure parameters, p is physical parameters of cutter material, t is time, and e is the other parameters.
Once reaching the acutely worn stage, cutting temperature is higher 160℃ than initial worn stage, equivalent stress enhance nearly 1012MPa, the stress near cutting lip has close to the compressive ultimate strength of insert material, safety margin is approximately zero.

In every step, different analysis types can be specified, and described the condition and change such as structure, material, constraints and so on, which can simulate the real process effectively[6].
