At the same time, the theoretical results analyzed by building initial finite element model in ANSYS in terms of geometric size, raw materials properties and boundary conditions of the model girder.
In element dividing of FEM model, we choose shell element 63 for concrete deck and steel trough girder to build the model and make sure that the two different materials can connect coordinately and simulate shear connector with sharing joints.

We found that the c(4×4) As-rich reconstruction structure of the GaAs (001) surface can be best depicted with the model which there are three As-As dimers without Ga-As dimers in a reconstructed unit cell, and these dimers are found to be aligned perpendicular to the As dimers on β2(2×4) surface. 1 Introduction Compound semiconductor surfaces provide a rich and unique variety of physical phenomena to study which gives fascinating insight into the field of surface science.
The periodicity of bulk material terminated at the surface, and surfaces minimize their free energy through two different ways; one way is reconstruction or relaxation, where the surface atoms move or re-bond to other surface atoms to form a surface crystal structure with a new periodicity [2]; the other way is roughening, where the entropy of the surface is increased by forming nanoscale structures such as islands or pits.

With the development of economic globalization and the rise of knowledge-based economy, human capital as the knowledge and skills of the carrier for the contribution of economic development has been more than other material capital, the competition between the enterprises also change correspondingly to talented person's competition, therefore, human capital has become the strategic resource of enterprise compete.

Experimental Materials and Preparation 1-Vinyl-1,2,4-triazole (>97%, Fluka), toluene (>99%, Merck), Azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN; Merck), nitrilotri (methyl phosphonic acid) (TPA) (Aldrich).
This effect can be explained as a softening effect of the nitrilotri (methyl phosphonic acid) content on the behavior of the materials [8-9].
DSC results illustrated the homogeneity of the materials as well as softening effect of the dopant, the increase in the addition of nitrilotri (methyl phosphonic acid), causing a shifted in the glass transition temperature at lower temperature.

Metallogenic materials are mainly from the ore-bearing stratum and deep concealed rock mass.
The above analysis shows that deep concealed acidic rock provids some material sources and heat sources for mineralization.
The metallogenic material mainly comes from ore-bearing strata and deep concealed intermediate-acid rock mass.
