Introduction The progressive ageing of engineering systems increases the demand for structural monitoring, which includes damage detection and sizing.
High-strength multi-wire steel strands and steel cables are widely used in civil engineering such as in prestressed concrete structures and suspension bridges.

Introduction
As one of the three main connections, bolted-welded connection is very extensive in practical engineering application.
Plate thickness is determined based on the "Steel structure node construction details of multiple-rise and high-rise civil building" [4] (01SG519).

Abstract Inclined angles of piles and applied loadings have serious effect on the pile’s bearing capacity and settlement.
The mechanism of inclined pile is not clear and there lacks practical and reliable analysis and calculation methods, which can cause certain limited use of inclined pile foundation and somtimes it is very difficult to deal with the engineering accident.

Abstract.
If the web member also adopts the steel tube member, it not only has more complex structure in the junction of the strings and the web members, but also in the practical engineering the stiffness with all the connection forms, are all in the complete rigid and ideal hinge between the extremes [1], which shows that the node calculation both exist errors according the hinges or rigids.
