Because the forest resources dwindling, To make full use of waste bagasse, corn straw and non wood fiber materials to produce an artificial plate material instead of wood man-made board has be imperative.Corn straw shavings can realize the recycling of waste materials, bring the economic value, so this topic with corn straw shavings as raw material, in the laboratory preparation of melamine resin adhesive, pressing flake molded sheet.Melamine plastic using M ( melamine ):U ( urea ) :F ( formaldehyde ) =1∶0.6∶2.5, adhesive solid content is 54%, the sizing, hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time as three factors orthogonal experiment, pressed sheet.
Due to the production process particleboard center temperature exceeds 105 ˚C, and the final moisture content of the product is less than 9%, so the product can resist insects and decay fungi erosion, without further processing can be achieved by any other international organization Plant Protection Convention at No. 15, the international standard for phytosanitary measures enacted in 2002——"Wood Packaging Material in International Trade Management Guidelines" (International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures 15, referred to as ISPM 15) in particleboard materials for export quarantine requirements [1-6].

Meanwhile, according to sheet metal, mold materials and lubrication conditions, we determine the friction coefficient is 0.12.
Of course, this also shows that there strain is big and hardening of materials is serious, so the hardness test results are consistent with the results of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.

Introduction
In recent years, TiO2 materials with high specific surface area due to the developed pore structure, adjustable pore size within a certain range, easy modification of material structure , are widely used in the field of photocatalysis and photoelectric conversion.
Organic molecule as a template had been attracted in the synthesis of TiO2 material , because it was low cost, and easily was removed. However, the titania powers were often prepared by using sol - gel method , while the hydrothermal synthesis of TiO2 material was rarely reported [1,2,3,4,5].

Abstract: Based on the theories of density interpolation schemes for structural topology optimization, introduced the method of moving asymptotes to the theories of RAMP.With the structural volume as the constraint, the method of moving asymptotes based on the theories of RAMP to solve the problem of minimize structure compliance. The correctness and validity of the method were verified by a case.
Introduction The basic idea of Structural topology optimization is to seek optimal material distribution, and the numerical method of topological optimization with Homogenization Method, Artificial Materials, Level Set Method and soon, which is the most widely used of them is the Artificial Materials[1].The RAMP(rational approximation of material properties) density interpolation and the SIMP(solid isotropic microstructures with penalization) is the model of density interpolation and is commonly used in engineering.Actually ,the RAMP is more stability than the SIMP model[2][3].
Cantilever beam structural schematic diagram and the finite element model Iterative step 15 Iterative step 30 Iterative step 90 Fig.2 The MMA algorithm optimization results based on RAMP theory Fig.3 The convergence condition of optimized Global Compliance C Conclusion: The numerical example indicates that the topological optimization MMA method based on RAMP material density interpolation theory Computational stability and can obtain better optimization results, the rate of convergence is fast. The MMA method based on RAMP interpolation theory provide a new solution algorithm for the research of topological optimization, and the algorithm is a practicable way to solve the topology optimization problem.

In recent years, industrial hemp fibre reinforced thermoplastic composites have attracted
substantial interest as potential structural materials.
Materials Retted industrial hemp fibre (Cannabis sativa L.) supplied by Hemcore (UK), was used as a composite reinforcement in this investigation.
Single hemp fibres were tensile tested according to the ASTM D3379-75 Standard Test Method for Tensile Strength and Young's Modulus for High-Modulus Single Filament Materials.
Not all -OH groups on the fibre surface are available for bonding with MAPP, as many are bonded to amorphous polymer materials and water.
