The results of static simulation analysis provided reference to material selection and optimization design of the double-edged hob and cutter head.
We could carry out the static analysis after the definition of hob material, unit type and grid division to the model.
(1) Define material properties: the double-edged cutter material is 40CrNiMoA.

According to GB18580-2001<materials--Limit of formaldehyde emission of wood based panels and finishing products>>,the indoor environment was stimulated in the environmental test chamber, with TEMP 23±0.5℃ and RH 45±3%.When testing, drop 2.5μL formaldehyde solution of 37%~40% into the culture dish and put it into the environmental test chamber to volatilize completely.
